1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Community Transports LLC driver application portal and submitting an application to become a driver, you ("Applicant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or submit an application.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply as a driver for Community Transports, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Own or have regular access to a 4-door car, van, or SUV that is less than 15 years old
• Have your vehicle registered in the state of Texas
• Be able to service at least one of the designated Houston-area school districts

Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in your application being marked as "Not Eligible" and you will not be able to proceed with the onboarding process at this time.

3. Application Process

The application process involves the following steps:

1. Account Creation: Create an account using a valid email address and secure password.
2. Application Submission: Complete and submit the online driver application form with accurate information.
3. Eligibility Review: Your application will be automatically reviewed for basic eligibility requirements.
4. Verification Completion: If eligible, you must complete required verifications including drug testing, background checks, and English language validation.
5. Final Review: Our team will conduct a final review of your completed application and verifications.

4. Background Checks and Drug Testing

Employment with Community Transports is contingent upon successful completion of:

• Drug Testing: A comprehensive drug screening administered by Clearview Testing (approximate cost: $25, paid by applicant).
• Background Check: A criminal background check conducted by Identogo (approximate cost: $37, paid by applicant).
• English Language Validation: Verification of English proficiency through Contractor Compliance.

By submitting your application, you consent to these checks and authorize the release of relevant information to Community Transports. You are responsible for the costs associated with these verifications.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Immediate disqualification from consideration
• Termination of employment if already hired
• Potential legal action if fraud is suspected

You are responsible for updating your information if any details change during the application process.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or acceptance into the Community Transports driver program. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any application at our sole discretion
• Request additional information or documentation
• Extend the review period as necessary
• Modify eligibility requirements at any time

7. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your password meets minimum security requirements (at least 8 characters)

8. Driver Responsibilities (If Hired)

If you are accepted as a driver for Community Transports, you agree to:

• Transport students safely and responsibly to and from designated school locations
• Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle registration at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and school district policies
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Report any incidents or concerns immediately
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage on your vehicle

9. Compensation

Drivers accepted into the program can expect to earn between $30 and up per day, depending on routes assigned and distances traveled. Specific compensation details will be provided during the onboarding process. Payment is typically processed weekly through our payroll system.

10. Schedule and Availability

Community Transports operates during school days only. There is no work required on:

• Weekends
• Federal holidays
• School breaks and holidays
• Summer vacation periods (depending on summer school schedules)

Specific route schedules will be assigned based on your availability and the districts you selected during your application.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your application process or employment at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete required verifications
• Providing false information
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Violation of company policies or applicable laws
• Unsatisfactory performance

12. Data Privacy

Your use of our application portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Community Transports application portal are owned by Community Transports LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community Transports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application portal or the application process.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify applicants of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Community Transports LLC regarding your use of the application portal and the application process.
